Contract Language: The language of this contract, as mutually agreed, is English.

Effective Date: This contract becomes effective once signed by both parties, the student and Newadmin for Professional and Management Development Institute.

Contract Copies: This contract is issued in two original copies; one copy for the student and one for Newadmin Institute.

Course Fee: The course fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Once this contract is signed, the course fees are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Attendance: Newadmin Institute is not responsible for compensating any missed lectures by the student. No make-up classes or refunds will be provided.

Conduct: In the event that a student misbehaves or insults the trainer or any member of the administration, Newadmin Institute reserves the right to ban the student from completing the course. The student will still be required to pay the full course fees.

Legal Compliance: Should either party, the student or Newadmin Institute, violate any of the terms outlined in this contract, legal procedures will be pursued in accordance with UAE law.
